Before Contacting Us

App not announcing payments?

Go to Settings → Notification Access → ensure DigiSoundBox is enabled. Also check that the correct payment apps are selected in the Apps section.

Wrong transaction type detected?

Tap the ✗ button on the transaction and select the correct type. The app learns from your corrections and will improve over time.

Team sync not working?

Ensure both devices are signed in with Google. The invite code must be entered within 48 hours and is single-use only. Check that Firebase rules are configured correctly.

Want to delete your data?

On-device data: uninstall the app or clear app data from Settings. Server data: email us at support@digisoundbox.com with your request and device ID (found in app Settings → About).

Business partnership or advertising?

For partnership inquiries, advertising on our daily broadcast, or bulk licensing, email us at support@digisoundbox.com with subject "Partnership".
