Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 29, 2026
1. Free Application
DigiSoundBox is a free application available for download on the Google Play Store. There are no upfront charges to download or use the core features of the App.
2. In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases (such as premium features or subscription plans). These purchases are processed entirely by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's billing and refund policies.
3. Refund Process for In-App Purchases
If you wish to request a refund for an in-app purchase:
- Within 48 hours: Request a refund directly through Google Play. Go to Google Play Order History and select the purchase to request a refund.
- After 48 hours: Contact Google Play Support directly. Google has sole discretion over refund approval after 48 hours.
4. Developer Refunds
One91 Networks Pte. Ltd. does not directly process payments or issue refunds. All payments and refunds are handled through the Google Play Store platform. We cannot override Google Play's refund decisions.
5. Subscription Cancellation
If you have an active subscription:
- You may cancel at any time through Google Play Store → Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period
6. Free Features
All core features of DigiSoundBox (voice alerts, transaction tracking, ML learning, basic analytics) are free and will remain free. Premium features are optional enhancements.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with the App that prevent you from using purchased features, please contact us at support@digisoundbox.com before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
